  Josh is the man, seriously! He came out to reset my security system after the previous occupant moved out. Right off the bat we didn’t have the master code to the system and the previous occupant couldn’t remember what it was. Where normally … More this would make resetting impossible, Josh spent more than extra time working every possible solution, and when that didn’t work he miraculously guessed the pin code and was able to return the system to default and get me set up. There were also problems with the motion detectors on the doors and he was able to Work those out as well. He showed me how to set everything up, answered all my questions, and gave me detailed advice on the best security monitoring options available. He was super friendly with my daughter and pets and I would 100% recommend him!
